General Meeting Minutes

September 20th, 2023

Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

*Meeting minutes: from July 19th, 2023, were read and approved.

*Treasurer Report: from July 19th, 2023, was read and approved.

*Thank You’s: To Ann for Painting mailbox and sign. To all who provided dinner. To Terri for making signs.

*Side Walks: No update.

*Contact information: Would like to gather contact information of neighbors in our community.

*Repairs to Club House: The reason repairs have been put on hold is due to septic problems which had depleted our bank account. Then covid happened which meant no club house rentals. We are now organizing and scheduling capital projects such as the floor repair/replacement.

*Nominations for board and trustee’s: Board positions are President, VP, Treasurer, and Secretary. There are 3 trustee positions.

Duncan has resigned as trustee.

Elizabeth has nominated Terri Helewicz as Trustee.

Wistremundo Dones has nominated himself for a board or trustee position.

*Guest Speaker: Elizabeth Heck with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s office.
