January General Meeting: Jan. 16th, 2017

Hello Lake Stickney Neighbors -

Happy New Year to All! Hope you are getting 2017 started to your liking. Just a reminder that our regular monthly meeting will be Monday, 01/16/2017. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm and meeting to begin at 7:00pm. We will be serving lemon chicken, rice and salad.

Reminder that if you have not already, please pay your 2017 membership donation - $40 for family and $20 for singles. If you have not been an active member in the past, we would very much like for you to consider helping us keep our clubhouse strong by joining with your donation. We are collecting Boxtops so bring them along if you have any you would like to donate. Box tops help get funds to our local schools so if you do not already collect and give to your favorite school, please consider starting and the LSCC trustees will handle the rest.

We have some exciting news. During our December meeting, Chris Armstrong was nominated for our vacant President position and after consideration has decided he would like to accept the nomination. We will be formalizing that during our meeting and are very excited that he is taking this new position. As many know, Chris has been a trustee with us for a few years now and brings a wealth of experience and ideas to the neighborhood. We also have one vacant Trustee position left to fill. Please consider throwing your name in the hat we would love to have you.

I hope to see many of your smiling faces next Monday. I know it's cold out but the clubhouse is warm and the food is too.
