Club Rentals

This is a wonderful venue for small to mid-sized private (non-commercial) events.  Rental fees help us pay for basic necessities and routine maintenance of the clubhouse.

 

Non-members:

• The clubhouse is available for rent to community members outside of the Lake Stickney neighborhood.

• The rental fee is $300 per event, no matter the length of the event that day. Building operation hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm.

• A $300 deposit is required to hold the date and for incidentals. It is intended to be refunded when keys are returned.

 

LSCC members:

• Active members of the LSCC may rent the clubhouse for $75 per event.
• In order to receive the discounted rental rate, dues must be current.  
• Membership is $20 per person, or $40 per family annually.
• Members must provide proof of residency within the geographic boundaries as outline in the LSCC bylaws. 

• A $75 deposit is required to hold the date and for incidentals. It is intended to be refunded when keys are returned.​​

Amenities:

• Full kitchen with refrigerator & freezer, microwave, electric stove & oven

• Tables (round and rectangular), folding chairs

• Two restrooms 

• Large grassy area

• Ample off-street parking for event guests

 

Club Rental Rules:

• All events MUST end by 8:00pm and the building/parking lot empty and quiet by 9:00pm. Please note that this is a residential neighborhood, if we receive any noise complaints after this time the deposit will be forfeited.

• Maximum Occupancy is 80 people.

• When decorating, the use of nails or tacks on the walls or ceiling is prohibited.

• All chairs shall be clean & returned to the chair rack or chair storage area.

• Tables shall be clean & returned to their storage area.

• The floor shall be mopped with water only.

• Kitchen utensils shall be clean and put away.

• Pick up and remove all trash from the grounds - including all litter, wrappers, balloons, bottles, etc.

• Remove all garbage from the premises - please take it with you, we do not have a dumpster.

• If liquor is served, a Liquor Permit is required.

• Bounce houses are prohibited.

​Failure to adhere to these rules may result in forfeiture of all or part of your  deposit.
