Rental fees help us pay for basic necessities and routine maintenance of the club. Non-members may rent the clubhouse for $300 per event, and LSCC members may rent the clubhouse for $75 per event if annual dues are current. Membership is $20 per person, or $40 per family annually.
A $300 refundable cleaning deposit is required.
If liquor is served, a Liquor Permit is required.
Building operation hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm.
Full working kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, refrigerator & freezer, electric stove & oven, and a gas grill
Other features include tables (round and rectangular), folding chairs, and bathrooms.
Club Rental Rules:
All events MUST end by 8:00pm and the building/parking lot empty and quiet by 9:00pm. Please note that this is a residential neighborhood, if we receive any noise complaints after this time the deposit will be forfeit.
Maximum Occupancy is 80 people.
Do not use nails or tacks on the walls or ceiling.
All chairs shall be clean & returned to the chair rack or chair storage area.
Tables shall be clean & returned to their storage area.
The floor shall be mopped with water only.
Kitchen utensils shall be clean and put away.
Pick up and remove all trash from the grounds - including all litter, wrappers, balloons, bottles, etc.
Remove all garbage from the premises - please take it with you, we do not have a dumpster.
BEFORE leaving the building, the following MUST be done:
Make sure the back door is shut and locked.
Set the thermostat back to 50 degrees.
Close and lock the window shutters.
Turn off all of the lights, inside and out.
Lock the front door.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in forfeiture of all or part of your damage deposit.
