03.29.2023 General Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 7:01pm

*Meeting minutes: from January 18th, 2023, were read and approved.

*Treasurer Report: from January 18th, 2023, was read and approved.

*Rentals: Making a cleaning check list for renters. Looking to get a quote for deep cleaning the club house quarterly. Will be updating the cleaning closet.

*Gravel: Delivering gravel to address parking lot potholes. Duncan will be scheduling.

*Floors: Board met at club house to discuss and assess the kitchen floor. Kitchen floor quotes are being reviewed.

*Fisherman’s Breakfast: April 22nd is opening day for fishing season. Need someone to lead this event on that day or change the date. Possibly summer?? Stewart family has led the event in the past but are unable to April 22nd.

*Sidewalks: No update this meeting.
