07.18.2022 General Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 7:03pm

*Meeting minutes: from May 16th, 2022 were read and approved.

*Treasurer Report: from May 16th, 2022 was read and approved.

*Sidewalks: Nothing new to report. Not on the county agenda, according to the Snohomish county website, under Lake Stickney pedestrian improvements.

Need to create an action plan to get sidewalks put on the county agenda. Check in with Mr. Chan.

June Lemberg suggested a community sidewalk gathering. Ideas to take photos and send them to the county showing them concern. Ideas to draw attention to the importance and need of sidewalks in our community.

County had provided 4-5 deign options years ago.

Melody is in touch with the county.

*Rentals: September 3rd is the only rental on the books as of today.

*Poker tournament: Cancelled due to lack of participation.

*Garage Sale: Cancelled due to lack of participation.

*National Night Out: August 2nd, 2022. Potluck

*Halloween: Suggested we open the club house to hand out candy and provide cider and hot chocolate. Need volunteers. Need candy donations.

*Holiday Event: December 10th Save the Date. Need volunteers and ideas.

*Lake wise: Septic and lawn care seminars available.

July 20th and 21st Septic care seminar via zoom 6:30pm

July 27th and 28th Lawn care seminar via zoom 6:30pm

Aaron will ask Katie Ruthenberg to be a special guest at our September general mtg.
